We understand that we're different (that's kind of the point). Because of that it's hard to know what to expect from your first visit. All athletes (and active individuals) should expect the following on their first visit:
  • A conversation where you talk about your past (injuries, experience, etc), your current situation, and your future aspirations. This is how we learn about you and your goals.
  • An assessment that suits your current situation and your future goals.
  • A discussion regarding frequency of visits, goals, cost of services etc.

Injury Assessment

Injury assessments are for individuals currently experiencing pain, discomfort, or symptoms of neuromusculoskeletal injuries. Injury assessments include (depending on current condition):
  • History
  • Visual Exam
  • Range of motion testing
  • Muscle strength testing
  • Special tests
  • Neurological testing

Strength/Fitness Assessment

Strength/Fitness assessments are for individuals who are looking to improve their strength, fitness, or improve their functional capacity. Strength/Fitness assessments include:
  • History
  • Range of motion testing
  • Muscle strength testing
  • Functional Movement Analysis
